Use Taisly Auto Post to upload a finished video once and send it to selected connected accounts. This guide follows the actual web flow and shows how to handle a partial failure without creating copies on successful destinations.
Prepare the accounts and export
Connect the intended profiles in Accounts. Check the exact username and connection state, especially when personal and client accounts share a platform. Reconnect an expired account before publishing.
Check the file: 3-90 seconds, up to 500 MB, at least 540 × 960 pixels and approximately 9:16 in the web uploader. Have a caption of up to 100 characters ready.
Create the post in Auto Post
- Open Auto Post and select the approved video.
- Inspect its preview and choose the preview frame if needed.
- Under Select accounts, select only the profiles intended for this video.
- Enter the short caption. For example: “Heels lifting in a squat? Try this stance check. Save it for your next session.”
- Leave Schedule off for an immediate post, or choose a future date and time.
- Review the file, caption, account names and timing together, then press Post Video.
The caption is shared across the selected accounts in this web flow. Make separate posts when you need different text, files or release times. A preview-frame choice is not a guarantee that every platform will display the same cover.
Verify delivery in History
After submission, open History and the post details. Inspect the result for each destination. An accepted upload is not proof that all social platforms finished publishing.
| Example result | Next action |
|---|---|
| TikTok succeeded | Open and review the actual post |
| Instagram failed | Read that account's error and connection state |
| YouTube is pending | Check the existing entry again before resubmitting |
This is an illustrative status table, not a live publication. Keep the History entry so you can trace the original attempt.
Recover only the failed destination
First check the destination account itself. If the video is absent and the error requires a refreshed connection, reconnect. If the file failed a requirement, correct the export. Then create a new post selecting only the failed account.
Do not resend the original multi-account selection when some destinations succeeded. That can create duplicate publications.
Evaluate the content separately
Use platform analytics after the same observation period to compare responses. Taisly History tracks publishing results; it does not establish which hook or offer worked. The results guide gives you a measurement sheet and a decision rule.
For approved future files, use scheduling. If new videos already start on a connected source and should follow a stable route, use Auto Repost.
