Schedule approved files, not unfinished ideas. This guide takes a three-video example from planning to verification. The editable planner below exports a CSV you can keep with your production files.
Give every slot a purpose
For a coach, a manageable example is one mistake correction, one audience question and one demonstration. Three posts are an example workload, not a rule for reach.
Assign a final filename, opening line, next action, exact accounts and release time to every slot. If a video is not approved, leave it in production instead of treating the calendar entry as finished work.
Make the time zone explicit
The current Taisly web form uses the browser's local time zone for its date and time fields. It converts that local selection to a timestamp. It does not provide a separate destination time-zone selector.
For example, if your device is in Bangkok, entering 09:00 means 09:00 in Bangkok, not London. Convert the intended audience time first. Check daylight-saving changes for the actual release date when relevant.
The planner displays your browser zone as a reference and includes it in the CSV. Editing the planning sheet does not schedule a post.
Schedule one file at a time
- Open Auto Post, upload the approved file and select its destination accounts.
- Add the caption, up to 100 characters in the current web form.
- Enable Schedule, then select the date and time in your browser's zone.
- Check the file, accounts, caption and converted time, then press Post Video.
- Open History and verify the saved future entry before adding the next file.
The scheduling worker checks for due posts every five minutes. Allow for that processing interval and platform handling; do not promise a launch at an exact second.
Review the queue before release
Use the calendar or list in History to inspect the week. If a date, offer or file changes, cancel the future post and create a corrected one. Check the cancellation before recreating it. The current workflow should not be treated as an in-place bulk editor.
Keep one optional slot free if approvals or product news change often. Use the batch-production article for filming and editing preparation; this guide covers the Taisly scheduling step.
Close the loop after publishing
Review the first delivery before the next related slot. Open each destination and check sound, text and account. Log audience metrics at the same elapsed time, for example 72 hours after each release, rather than comparing Monday's week-old result with Friday's first hour.
Use the measurement guide to decide what to repeat. A successful week produces both verified publications and a specific next experiment.
Build your weekly video plan
Edit the three example briefs, add approved filenames, account names and local release times, then download your plan.
