Use Taisly Auto Repost when you already publish in a connected source account and its eligible new videos should reach a stable set of destinations. It replaces repeated distribution work after the source post appears.
Decide whether a rule fits the source
A suitable example is a coach publishing an approved lesson to YouTube first, then distributing that lesson to connected TikTok and Instagram accounts. Use only accounts you own or manage with permission.
If the source mixes private updates, client-only material and public lessons, a broad rule is a poor fit. Use individual posts or scheduling for content needing a fresh decision each time.
Check the real timing and source limits
The current repost worker runs every 10 minutes. Source videos become eligible after they are more than five minutes old and remain within a three-hour age window. Detection and destination processing add time; this is not instant mirroring.
The current web rule picker excludes Facebook and Telegram as sources. Source and destination capabilities differ. Check your connected source before planning a route; a marketing route page alone does not make an account eligible.
A new rule is not a bulk archive importer. Test with a new source video, not an old post you expect it to recover. See the reposting FAQ.
Create and test one rule
- Connect the source and destinations in Accounts.
- Open Reposts and the New auto repost form.
- Choose the source under From.
- Select connected destination accounts under To. Expired accounts need reconnection.
- Press Add Auto Repost and check the saved route.
- Publish one suitable new source video, allow for the detection cycle, then inspect History.
Start with a route whose publications you can check individually. Keep a note of the source video and creation time so an error can be traced.
Diagnose missing or partial deliveries
| Symptom | Check first |
|---|---|
| No History entry | Source account, video age and connection access |
| One destination failed | That account's error, permission and file requirements |
| Content reached an unintended account | Saved destinations; pause the rule before another source post |
| Video already exists after an apparent failure | Existing destination post before any manual retry |
A saved rule is configuration, not proof of a completed repost. Inspect the published video itself, including caption, audio and account.
Scale the route only after verification
Pause a route when its source stops being suitable. Avoid overlapping rules that might send the same source video to the same destination twice. Add another destination only when the content and permissions fit it.
Taisly distributes the prepared material; it does not create a new edit or guarantee reach. Evaluate destination responses with the results guide. Use separate uploads when each destination needs a different file, caption or time.
