In this guide
Build a small publishing experiment before filling a calendar. This guide gives you a brief, a first-week plan and a decision rule for your next batch. Taisly handles distribution; your videos still need to solve a recognisable audience problem.
Choose one audience problem and one next action
A useful brief names a person, a problem and a next step. For a fitness coach: “Beginners unsure about squats; show one correction; invite them to the trial-session page.” “Get more views” does not tell you what to film or how to judge the result.
Check that the profile explains the offer and that its destination page matches the video. Use a relevant action: save the demonstration, watch the next lesson or visit the booking page. Avoid asking for all three in one short clip.
Turn the brief into three original videos
This is a worked planning example, not a customer case study or a required posting frequency.
| Video | Opening line | What to show | Next action |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mistake | “Heels lifting in a squat? Check this first.” | Side-by-side stance demonstration | Save the check |
| Question | “How low should a beginner squat?” | Two controlled examples | Watch the full lesson |
| Demonstration | “Try this before adding weight.” | One adjustment, then the movement | Visit the trial-session page |
Keep the audience and offer stable. Give each video one question. These three different formats are exploration; they do not prove that one hook caused a result.
Choose how each video reaches your accounts
| Starting point | Taisly workflow | What you control |
|---|---|---|
| Finished file | Auto Post | Video, caption and selected accounts |
| Approved future post | Schedule in Auto Post | The same details plus date and time |
| New video in a connected source | Auto Repost | Source and destination rule |
| Agent-assisted publishing | MCP | Reviewed request and exact account IDs |
Start with one or two accounts you can review. Prepare the master file, then publish one test. More destinations are useful when the audience and offer fit them.
Complete a first-week loop
- Write three briefs and finish the exports.
- Send the first video through Taisly and inspect every destination in History.
- Use the editable weekly planner to assign the remaining files, accounts and times.
- Review delivery after each release. Record audience results at the same elapsed time, such as 72 hours.
- Choose one improvement for the next batch using the results guide.
Separate delivery from growth
History answers whether a publishing attempt succeeded. Platform analytics answer how people watched and responded. Website analytics or your enquiry log answer what happened after the click. Keep those three checks separate so a failed delivery is not mistaken for a failed content idea.
Taisly removes repeat uploads and supports a consistent test schedule. It does not choose a winning format or guarantee reach. Expand a workflow once you can verify both its delivery and its usefulness to the intended audience.
