How to use
Paste one timestamp followed by a space and its title on each line. Set an optional signed shift, then format. All lines are validated before export; titles are preserved, and chapters are sorted by start time. Times of an hour or more use HH:MM:SS.
Common questions
Will this enable YouTube chapters automatically?
No. Paste the result into your video description yourself. YouTube requires a 00:00 start, at least three chapters and chapters of at least ten seconds, including the last one. Video length and other platform requirements are not checked.
